Edmond Place will cost approximately $7 million to complete.

the project has been partially funded through the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), which is a joint Provincial & Federal initiative administered by the City of Toronto through the Affordable Housing Office. The AHP pays for about 2/5 of the cost. PARC has received a finance commitment from the Ontario Infrastructure Projects Corporation as well as grants from the City of Toronto, Heritage Ontario, the Catherine Donnelly Foundation, the George Cedric Metcalf Foundation to help us reach 96% of our building development goal.

PARC needs to raise the final 4% of our project budget.
