Edmond Place completions date: November 2010

• January 2007 PARC submits a response to a city-wide RFP
• April 2007 PARC is awarded the development of the now city-owned property
• June 2007 the property is identified as a potential heritage designation
• December 2007 property is designated a heritage site
• August 13^th 2008 Committee of Adjustment (completed successfully)
• November 2008 – February 2009 -  remediation & consolidation
• September – February 2009–detailed architectural drawings are prepared
• February - March 2009 – prepare tender documents
• March 2009 – PARC equity portion due
• April 2009 – go to tender
• May 2009 – select contractor
• June/July 2009 – begin construction
• June 2009 – October 2010 – construction period
• November-December 2010 – commissioning and occupancy approval period
• January 2011 – tenants move-in
